1. Numbers of Arabic Native speakers:

Arabic is spoken by more than 400 million people around the world, most of whom are concentrated in the Arab region; Which includes 25 countries, the most important of which are Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Egypt and Morocco.

2. The official language for Islam:

The Arabic language is the official language of the religion of Islam. The Qur’an, the holy book of Muslims, came with it, and their messenger Muhammad spoke with it, and more than a billion and a half Muslims around the world perform worship in it.

3. Fourth most language used:

The Arabic language occupies the fourth place among the most used languages and is spoken by approximately 6.6% of the world’s population.

4. The Arabic language day:

It was decided to celebrate the Arabic language on December 18, the day on which General Assembly Resolution 18 of the United Nations was passed to include the Arabic language among its official and working languages.

The Arabic language is one of the fastest spreading languages, due to the demand of learners from everywhere. The goals of learners of Arabic vary, and some of them learn it for religious purposes, economic purposes, or tourism and cultural purposes.
